Terry was born and raised in Gary Indiana. He is the seventh of eight kids. His parents were Minnie (Hosea) and TJ Thomas, and the grandson of Dink Hosea.
After graduating high school in 1983, he immediately joined the US Army and later in his career joined the Minnesota National Guard. While serving his country for 23 years, he served in many countries and had three tours of wartime duty.
He now resides temporarily in Minnesota until he retires to an unknown southern state.
He has worked in logistics for a leather retailer for 27 years in Minnesota while serving as a reservist with the National Guard. He also worked for Federal Express and he is currently working in logistics for an engineering company.
As the host, Terry welcomed the Hosea Family Reunion to Minnesota in 2014. He enjoys working as a board member with his family from around the country and is proud to take part in achieving our family goals.
