Kim Hosea

A proud descendant of the Mathew D. Hosea lineage (Tuscaloosa AL), I am one of the many children of Lawrence and Josephine Hosea who raised 10 children in Bloomington IL. I am the proud mother of Shelby Hosea and a blessed grandmother to two grandchildren who keep me learning, smiling, and inspired.

I built my career over the past 30+ years in real estate development, asset management, and fiduciary services. I currently manage a wide-ranging portfolio of properties—including commercial, industrial, multifamily, and agricultural—located across the country.

Outside of my work, I love to  give back to my community through volunteer work with several nonprofit organizations. I’ve held numerous board positions throughout my time as a community volunteer.

My favorite family quote is: "If I had more than a 5th grade education, who knows what I could have become — maybe the President of the United States!”
